CollegeTownMenus.com (CTM) and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following notices, terms, and conditions. In addition, when you use any CTM service, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to that service and you will be subject to all governing state and federal laws.

This Web site, in its entirety, is the sole property of CTM or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content on this site is the exclusive property of CTM and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any and all information pertaining to any of CTM's restaurant partners, affiliate, or advertisers is the exclusive property of that party. All software used on this site is the property of CTM or its affiliates and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of the content on this Web site is strictly prohibited. The application of this Web site, into any other Web site, is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing by CTM.
USE OF SITE
By accessing this Web site you are agreeing to all of the terms, conditions, and statements included in this legal statement. The CTM site may not be linked to any other site without prior written consent of CTM. USE OF CTM TXT ADS
Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to your entry or submission message, our confirmation and all subsequent SMS correspondence. Other charges may apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name and the date, time and content of your messages. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us. We may also use this information for conducting demographic reports as highlighted in the Privacy Policy. If you are a member of CTM TXT ADS, you can unsubscribe at any time by updating your contact preferances in your account control panel. By subscribing, you consent to receiving, from time to time, further text messages from us which may include offers from us, our affiliates and partners. The service is available on these US carriers only: AT&T, Cingular, Sprint/Nextel, Boost, T-Mobile, Verizon, Alltel. As a member of CTM TXT ADS you will receive a maximum of 2 SMS messages a week directly from CTM. You will also receive SMS messages only from the restaurants that you subscribe to and will receive a maximum of 1 SMS message per week per restaurant. Standard messaging rates will apply. TERMS OF CONTENT ACCURACY
The hours of operation, contact information, travel directions, specials, coupons, announcements, menu categories, item names, item descriptions and/or item prices may be different than those stated on the website. CTM provides the information contained on these menus for informational purposes only. CTM ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY TO ANY RESTAURANT OR CONSUMER IN CONNECTION WITH THE INCLUSION OR OMISSION OF ANY RESTAURANT FROM THIS WEBSITE AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS IN THE MENUS DISPLAYED. CTM does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, or content of any third parties. All menu information is subject to change without notice and is property of the respective restaurants. CTM has no responsibility to update any such information.
WAIVER OF ENDORSEMENT
All ratings and reviews/comments that are displayed are the respective opinions of users and are in no way an endorsement by CTM or any university or institution.
RETURN POLICY
CTM cannot be helf liable for any orders placed to a restaurant with relying on data from the CTM site. CTM is strictly for informational purposes and it is the responsibility of the user to verify the item names, item descriptions, and item prices before making an order. Menus are subject to change without notice and are property of the respective restaurants. No cash refunds, credits, vouchers, or gift certificates will be issued by CTM.
CHILDREN
You may not use the CTM Web site if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. Likewise, CTM will not store or record information from any person under the age of thirteen (13).
E-MAIL
By registering an account with us, you are consenting to receive e-mails from us regarding your registration or your order. Additionally, by registering you are consenting to receive commercial e-mail from us. If you do not wish to receive commercial email from us, you may remove your name from the e-mail list and edit your personal information from the CTM computer system by updating your account information.
REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
If at any time, CTM enables site visitors to post reviews of and comments on products featured on the site, the party posting that comment or review grants CTM and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such reviews and comments throughout the world in any media. You also grant CTM and its affiliates the right to use the name that you submit with any review or comment, if any, in connection with such review or comment. If any posted review contains any form of profanity, the message will be removed from public display. If a registered user posts 3 messages that contain profanity, that user's account will be deleted and/or banned from the CTM system. All registered users will be liable for any reviews that they post. Users may be contacted by restaurant partners in response to reviews/comments.
RISK OF LOSS
Should there be delivery errors; CTM will not offer reasonable assistance in the correction of that error. However, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You must file any such claims with that delivery carrier.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold CTM, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees harmless from any loss, liability, damage, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this Web site, including your use of this Web site to provide a link to another Web site or to upload content or other information to the Web site.
